Retainer Service explained

A design retainer is a set number of design hours each month, booked in advance, so you have a designer who already knows your brand instead of briefing a new one each time.

Studio Troppo retainers start at $960 a month. You decide how many hours you need, send the brief, and we meet the deadline. Retainer clients get priority turnaround at a reduced rate. It suits organisations that have outgrown one-off jobs: you are juggling marketing tasks, chasing freelancers, or your brand has drifted and you want it to hold together again.

What we cover: graphic design, visual identity, illustration and storytelling, social media templates, documents and reports, and broader marketing work.

How it runs. We meet to talk through projects and ideas, face to face when that helps. All your files live on the Creative Hub, so you can get to them any time. There is no lock-in contract and we review the arrangement every three months.
